Do you use Ai?Yes we do, but... we do not use Generative AI (GenAI) to create work from scratch with no input form ourselves. An example of where we may use Ai in the work we do is to remove something from an image, something we full well know how to do manually but, using Ai it saves a considerable amount of time meaning we can reduce our prices slightly.

How will we work together?1. Fill in the briefing form: Head over to the contact us page on our site, let us know all the details about your project that you want us to create along with your details so we can get back in touch with you. 2. We'll review your brief: If we have any further questions for you we'll reach out to you. If there are ever any requests that we feel we won't be able to fulfil, we will always let you know upfront. 3. Discovery call/Online video (if needed): It's always great to chat with our customers to find out more about the project if need be. We can discuss any specifics, goals and challenges so that we are aligned with with you. 4. Personalised quote: We'll send a detailed quote, breaking down individual items so you can see exactly what is going into the work we're doing for you, when you're happy with the quote we'll get started on brining your idea to life. 5. Wait for us to work our magic: Before we start working on your project we'll send a 20% upfront deposit and once that is paid we'll get to work as soon as you're happy with your quote and will make sure you're kept in the loop at each part of the process so you can be sure your deadlines are met and work is delivered as expected. 6. Amendments: You'll usually get up to two rounds of amends so that you can be sure you're getting exactly what you want. 7. Completion: When we've finished your work we'll send over a final invoice for payment. We'll also send over all the files to your chosen email address via a file transfer site like WeTransfer.

Do you take on projects out of hours?Yes, we do. Here at JNPcreative we do offer an out of hours service and it usually applies to clients who need a next day turnaround, or who need things added to their project that weren't in the initial brief but, still need it by the set deadline. Please be aware there will be an additional charge for this which we will always discuss with you beforehand and will be based on our hourly rate. Theadditional charge will be added to your final invoice.

Do you offer any discounts?Yes we do. If you are a repeat client we may give you a discount on your next project. If you are a returning client, please make sure you use the same email you used when you first got in touch with us, and mention that you've used us in the past in the brief's details section.
