Please read this, it’s important
Before booking in your job with JNPcreative there are some things we want to let you know, just so we both know where we stand and there are no unwelcome surprises down the line.
Deposit and payment
Once a job has been officially booked in with us we will take a 20% non-refundable deposit before we start bringing your ideas to life. Once this deposit has been received we’ll then get to work on your project. When the job is complete we’ll send over a watermarked version for you to approve before processing the other 80% final payment, and then sending you your finished project.
JNPcreative will send an invoice on completion of a project, and we ask for payment of this within 14 working days. Creative assets will not be sent until this final payment is received.
Timescales
We will consider project timescales on a case by case basis depending on the complexity of your creative brief. We will obviously talk this through with you and take into account and deadlines on your side. We will keep you updated throughout the production process and will flag as early as possible should any unforeseen circumstances arise that may impact the delivery deadlines.
There are a couple of things to note when thinking about your timescales:
If we are printing your collateral we will require an additional 3 weeks to allow for print supplier lead times, and delivery of printed assets by courier.
Timescales will be impacted by additional rounds of amends, so please try to consolidate feedback into as few rounds as possible if you have tight deadlines.
Amendments and charges
During the production process we will keep you updated with watermarked edits of your creative assets and will offer a maximum of two rounds of amendments as part of the design service. Please note an amendment wouldn’t include anything that differs from the brief you originally wrote. Any oversight on our part will be rectified, and not included as one of your rounds of amendments.
If you want any further changes after using your two rounds of reasonable amendments then there will be an additional cost of £40.00 per hour. We will always provide an estimate for any additional requests before carrying out the work so there are no surprises when final payment is due for your project. Depending on the scale of the changes an additional deposit amount may be required. Please be aware that this can be avoided by writing a great brief. Copyright
Once final payment has been received for your project you will obtain the copyrights to the work created. However, JNPcreative retains the right to showcase artwork for promotional purposes unless specifically requested otherwise.
